This was a GREAT book! It starts with the main character who is a record-breaking track star at her high school being injured in a bus crash. The book is all about her journey to perserver over this obstacle and get back to the one thing she loves to do more than anything else...run.
The book is smartly organized into sections. (She describes at the first that this is to represent a relay race and its "four legs.") But the book ironically starts at the "Finish Line" implying that her "race" is over with the accident. It ends with the "Starting Line" when she is able to recognize all she has to live for. GREAT READ!
